November 1

Ok, so here's the deal.

I have been working out since Monroe turned 2 months.  I am still on this journey. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Although this isn't my first rodeo when it comes to this weight loss thing, I go through similar stages.

I want to call my starting weight an even 200.

Now if I recall the day I had the doctor appointment that determined I had to be on hospital bed rest I weighed myself and it was 168.

My MIL just mentioned to me the other day she is 162!! that is amazing for her. I would be lying if didn't say I felt nostalgic when I was closer to that number. at the same time its not jealousy I feel. I think that is true growth or maturity. since my many views of 'The Law of Attraction' I know that there is enough for everyone. because one person makes their goal or on their way to getting there doesn't mean I won't reach mine.

Today I weighed myself after my Body Pump/Body Step day and it say 186. I wanted to be 180 by today but its ok. I am not going to sweat a number. I believe I look smaller than I weigh. I have muscles.

Where I am in my fitness goals..

  • can run up to 40 minutes, 1.5 incline, 5.1 mph
  • early stages of burpees
  • trying to bring out the jump rope on occasion
  • GoodLife class 2-3 days a week

This month I would like to...

  • eat less chocolate, chips, ice cream, candy
  • continue to be consistent 5-6 days/wk gym attendance
  • get to 175 by November 30
  • drink more water
